New Precipice Walk Another recommendation took us to a hidden car park in Llanelltyd, near Dolgellau, to ascend through the forest to the New Precipice Walk. It took about 2 hours to reach the beginning of the Precipice. Once there the views down the Mawddach Estuary to Barmouth were stunning.
