New Precipice Walk, Llanelltyd, Wales [18/10/2016]

New Precipice Walk Another recommendation took us to a hidden car park in Llanelltyd, near Dolgellau, to ascend through the forest to the New Precipice Walk. It took about 2 hours to reach the beginning of the Precipice. Once there the views down the Mawddach Estuary to Barmouth were stunning.

Harlech Castle, Wales [17/10/2016]

By rob on 17/10/2016

Harlech Castle We visited Harlech Castle on a recommendation and it made for a pleasant afternoon. The views from the top of the walls are far and wide, but coupled with a strong wind and no safety barrier the experience can be pretty hair raising.

By rob on 29/08/2016

Tatton Lake Walk On a red hot day in August we walked into Knutsford and back around Tatton Lake. Ice creams were very welcome on the home stretch, albeit rather messy in the heat! Shot on a Canon 350D… Old school.
