After parking up on a country lane that passes by one of the runways at Manchester Airport I hopped over a style and found a decent vantage point next to the fire training module!

With mp3’s being much cheaper than vinyl, and Serato releasing a version of their software for free to use with the Numark Mixtrack Pro, going digital was inevitable. Especially as it includes features such as assignable cue points & a bunch of effects (HPF/LPF/Flange/Echo…) previously only available via my Korg KAOSS Pad 2.
As I’d not done a “live” mix for so long I purchased the Mixtrack in November 2011 to give myself a kick up the arse…
…8 months later I got round to recording a set.

The third instalment (In The Mix: Volume 3) comprises of old Breaks tracks that were influencial to me from the early 2000’s, plus some newer tracks and a deviation into Drum & Bass for the finale.
After Fancy vs The Flirts I was compelled to mix some Italo Disco tracks from the previously mentioned Neon playlist on Spotify. Due to some vastly differing BPMs it turned out to be a bit difficult & I ended up chucking in the last 2 tracks unmixed for the Hell of it.
What is happen now? Now, you click play and rock out for the next 52 minutes! Unless you hate Italo Disco…
