Exploring West Bay, Burton Bradstock & Eype

A day of decent weather allowed us to tackle walks both to the East and to the West of West Bay. Taking in Burton Bradstock and Eype before having to perform a 3 mile detour to get back!

Starting with the famous Broadchurch cliff we headed East to Burton Bradstock, stopping for a couple of halves of Palmers in The Three Horseshoes.

We made our way back through the golf course and then set off to the West over the cliffs towards Eype.

On the return leg we arrived at a farmer’s field full of corn where 3 footpaths should’ve been. This caused us to double back and wade through overgrown brush and nettles, avoiding huge spider webs and dangling brambles!

We ended up at Morrisons in Bridport, which was handy as I needed a cashpoint.
