By rob on 23/04/2017

Post-Stag Walk to Castell Dinas Bran What better way to round off a Stag weekend near Oswestry than a hike up a steep hill in the blazing sun! Namely, Castell Dinas Bran in Llangollen.

By rob on 18/10/2016

New Precipice Walk Another recommendation took us to a hidden car park in Llanelltyd, near Dolgellau, to ascend through the forest to the New Precipice Walk. It took about 2 hours to reach the beginning of the Precipice. Once there the views down the Mawddach Estuary to Barmouth were stunning.

By rob on 17/10/2016

Harlech Castle We visited Harlech Castle on a recommendation and it made for a pleasant afternoon. The views from the top of the walls are far and wide, but coupled with a strong wind and no safety barrier the experience can be pretty hair raising.
