After another rainy start, we headed to Coniston for supplies & a walk to the water’s edge, where we enjoyed some Grasmere gingerbread.

On arrival at the Crook O’Lune car park it was evident that you had to pick your moments – this was one of those moments & we bagged the only available space!
Lyme Park is a large estate owned by the National Trust, and one we’d not yet visited.
Kicking off 2022 with a down-tempo (112bpm) funky house party starter!
Before setting off home we spent the morning at Plas yn Rhiw, having a tour of the property & exploring the beautiful garden.
